Hi, My name is Mark and I am the CEO and Founder of Daisy Mud Pie,
Daisy Mud Pie is a modest company built from from family ideas with talent and passion for celebration and cakes. We value a celebration and what a cake brings to a party.
In a cake I want to capture a theme or a personality to produce the best looking cake fit for the person, couple or celebration.
I personally have worked in kitchens for the past 15 years, whether that be within hotels, restaurants, corporate suites and events venues. I have built a career based on traditional cooking methods, however in the past 5/6 years I have focused on developing my skills as a patisserie chef and cake decorator, as this is where my passion lies.
I am incredibly passionate about my cakes, and use this as inspiration for the designs and products i deliver to my customers.
I am registered with Brentwood Council with the maximum food an hygiene rating as well certified Level 3 Managing Food Safety
