Our Delicious cakes at Daisy Mud Pie are made up of sponge, buttercream and Filling

We do either fondant or buttercream icings 

The Cakes are baked and decorated  fresh to order using the best ingredients and not manufactured

Classic Victoria Sponge 

Vanilla Sponge, Jam, vanilla buttercream and white Chocolate ganache 

Triple Chocolate

(Chocolate sponge, Chocolate buttercream, Milk chocolate) 

Lemon

Lemon Sponge, lemon Buttercream, Lemon Curd, Lemon white chocolate ganache 

Caramel 

(Caramel sponge, Dulce de leche & buttercream, Caramel Ganache) 

Raspberry White Chocolate

Strawberry White Chocolate

The Red Velvet Biscoff

We do either fondant or buttercream icings 

fondant cakes are coated in ganache before covering in fondant, the Ganache is also used as drips although there wont be any ganache on a buttercream cake without Drips
