My vision at daisy mud pie is to create fairy tale, fantasy cakes that capture elegance and class to make your special day epic, fabulous and a dream come true.

After enjoying the artistry, it's time to enjoy the product for what it is, a cake. I will be honest, I have a sweet tooth and am a sucker for a decadent dessert, and working in professional kitchens for over 15 years I can lead you to designing your dream cake. Could it be red velvet, cookie dough, triple chocolate, ginger and caramel or a family favourite, my cakes are designed to hit the spot both visually and in flavour.

Art and interpretation is something I have a firm belief in, and ensuring bespoke designs are created for every order to capture the personality and character of the occasion.
